Great balconies outside the TUC’s Congress House. As I was taking this picture this morning I was stopped by a passer by who was delighted that someone was interested in a building whose qualities he felt, were generally overlooked. He then told me that he was a Unison member and we discussed the amazing upstairs conference centre. So a rather delightful encounter under a balcony – much more fun than my normal routine of being cross examined by a security guard.
